REMI and musical collaborator Sensible J are an Australian Music Prize nominated duo from Melbourne.
The pair have shared stages with Danny Brown, Vic Mensa, Joey Bada$$, De La Soul and were invited to perform Gorillaz tracks with Damon Albarn on each of his Australian tour shows .

This song is very relatable/treatable for anyone who has a tendency to use substance to avoid abject reality …
So it’s not just about gutter-faced addiction, it’s also about the haves/have nots … The Grand Divide.
Thus:

The rap burns slow but intense. And chipper beats help accentuate the major rhymes.
